When you have multiple people recording audio in Presenter ’09, one of the most difficult things to do is to ensure that the recording levels are maintained. Fortunately, Presenter ’09 gives us an easy way to optimize the audio volume throughout the project. Use the method below to ensure your audio is optimized:
1. Open your PowerPoint presentation
2. Click on the Articulate menu > Presentation Options
3. Click on the Publish tab
4. Checkmark the ‘Optimize audio volume’ box:
5. Click the OK button
When your project is published, the audio will be optimized throughout the presentation.
