Loading content created in Presenter ’09 in an LMS can be a confusing process if you don’t understand how LMS’s work. Essentially, most LMS’s use a Java API object to load content. Being that content created in Articulate does not require Java, you will need to do the following:
- Contact your LMS directly and ensure that your installed version of Java is compatible with the LMS
- If your LMS vendor is unsure about the issue, downgrade your version of the Java Runtime Environment and retest the content
- Ensure that you have published the content properly to the LMS per the Word of Mouth blog from Articulate
Remember, this issue is not caused by the Articulate-created content. Rather, this is an issue with your LMS and must be corrected on the LMS side.
